Chris Ramey started Ramey Consulting & Advocacy Services in 2019, because while working in the field with individuals with disabilities it became apparent that services for these individuals are lacking in individualism. Working as an Employment Consultant, Employment Specialist, Ticket to Work Coordinator, and a Ticket to Work Manager has allowed me to interact and provide services to the underserved.

That's why after 12 years of working in this field I have decided that I could best serve clients working for myself and providing 1-on-1 services.

After working with these individuals. It became apparent that several businesses are sometimes lacking the knowledge to provide those with disabilities job accommodations and assistance that the individual requires to be successful. This is a major reason we offer Disability Inclusion Consulting Services to businesses.

Along the way, I have had ups and downs. However, I have been blessed to have an amazing wife and children. I am looking forward to personalized services to those that I work with.
